Freedom Day USA
2018 & 2019
For the past two years, Chatsworth Family Dental partnered with Freedom Day USA to provide free dental care (cleanings, x-rays, extractions and basic restorations) for veterans and active military. This one day only event was a great success last year and we are excited to provide these necessary services for the men and women whom serve our country so bravely.
In order to participate in a future Freedom Day event please complete the following steps:
- Fill out a medical history form.
- Be prepared to provide a copy of your DD214 OR your military ID.
- Call 706-695-8318 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are required and the event is one day only.

Halloween Candy Buy Back – November 1st – 8th
After a night of trick-or-treating, kids can bring their candy to our office where it will be weighed and collected (up to 5lbs). We will then pay $1 per pound and ship the candy to soldiers overseas through Operation Gratitude.
